Nominations are now being accepted for the 2026 Women Of Influence In Rail program, which recognizes female employees demonstrating influence in the rail transportation sector.

Nomination Categories

The program invites nominations in four categories: leadership, innovation, technology, and sustainability. The aim is to acknowledge the significant contributions of nominees to their companies and/or the rail transportation sector.

Eligibility Criteria

Companies can nominate a maximum of four employees, with one nomination per category. The program is open to women employed by North American Class Is, short lines, regionals, passenger railroads, and rail industry suppliers, contractors, product manufacturers, or engineering firms that work with railroads. Nominations are also accepted for women employed by rail industry associations.
