In July 2024, Patriot Rail Company LLC finalized the Loram acquisition of 100% of the membership interests of the assets of Steelco, a railcar repair and maintenance provider. This acquisition expands Patriot Rail’s service offerings in the rail industry.

Expansion of Services

The acquisition of Steelco by Patriot Rail, a provider of rail and marine services and infrastructure, includes railcar repair and maintenance facilities. Steelco’s assets include three railcar repair facilities and a mobile repair service. These facilities are located in New Castle, Pennsylvania; Wyeville, Wisconsin; and Monaca, Pennsylvania. The mobile repair service operates across a broader geographic area.
